West Midlands
Advanced Construction
Cluster
The West Midlands Advanced Construction Cluster brings together businesses, clients, manufacturers, skills providers and innovators to help modern construction methods take hold across the region.

By working collaboratively, the cluster strengthens manufacturing capability, builds confidence in demand, and helps remove the practical barriers that can slow adoption. Through shared insight, real-world projects and early collaboration between partners, it supports a more resilient, productive and scalable construction sector,
with construction at its core.
